Online video conference call

Individual users and TrueConf Online private group participants can create group conferences and invite mobile and landline telephone subscribers.

Telephone subscribers can be invited to a conference in two ways: either simultaneously with other conference participants or individually, when the conference has already been created. Let’s take a closer look at both ways.

Step 1: Add subscriber’s phone number to the Address Book

Add subscriber’s phone number to the Address Book to invite him\her to a Group Conference. Choose Add a New Contact option in the Address Book then add the number:

Invite the contact, added to the Address Book:

Click Start to make a call to the selected contacts. All conference participants will hear the contact received the call and the contact will not hear the others (depending on a conference type).

In case you already have TrueConf Online contact with a phone number in it, but for some reason, the subscriber is offline, you are not able to invite him\her to the conference you are planning. Subscribers with online status only are displayed in the conference planner.Use the Call Phone option in this case. Method 2. Inviting telephone subscriber when the conference has already been created

When the conference has been created go to the Call Phone menu and choose contact’s phone number you would like to invite. In case there is no phone number add the number using the keyboard and click Invite:
